We can ship most items worldwide with the exception of housing and some liquid and feed products. Details of any restrictions etc. can be found with the item description.
Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. If you would like to see a total as you add items please please complete your address details after adding the first item. Our delivery charges start from £2.20 up to £8.08 for a 25kg parcel delivery to a UK mainland address on our non urgent service.
All items show the approximate lead time before despatch on the webpage that you ordered from. Most items are available from stock but we still allow you to preorder items with extended delivery times. Items are only marked as out of stock when there is no delivery currently due to arrive.
Poultry housing is built to order and an approximate delivery time will be stated on the page.
Some large or expensive items are dispatched direct from the manufacturer to avoid unnecessary carriage charges and keep our prices as low as possible. We'll advise you of the delivery schedule as soon as possible.
We'll send a despatch confirmation email when your order is despatched.
To calculate the total estimated delivery time from time of ordering, add the despatch time shown in the description of each product to the carrier times shown below.
For UK deliveries to England, Wales and Lowland Scotland we offer 2 delivery options: UK "Standard" which uses Royalmail 24 or equivilent carrier service and is normally packed the same day if received before 12pm unless items are out of stock. UK Non Urgent which uses Royalmail 48 Day or 2-3 day carrier and is normally packed within 72 hours
Orders containing out of stock items will be despatched "ASAP" as soon as stock arrives, ahead of non urgent orders. We do not offer a guarenteed delivery time.
For items sent to Highland, islands and Off shore UK addresses we offer
Economy which use Royalmail 48 Packet or 48 hour carrier Standard which uses Royalmail 24 Packet or Interlink 2-3 day service
Europe. Either Airmail - 2-4 days or carrier 2-3 days
Rest of the world Airmail 5-15 days
Delivery charges are calculated according to weight when you enter your location in the checkout process. For non EU countries VAT will also be removed at this time. Items added to your cart can be removed at any time up to the point where you confirm your payment details.
Please remember that you have a duty to care for your animals and ordering products online may not always be the quickest method of buying. If your order is very urgent please place it by phone so we can ensure it is processed as quick as possible.!!
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Reviews 2 weeks after receiving your order we will invite you to leave feedback on the products and our service. All feedback is reviewed before it is included on the website. A limited amount of feedback will be included on the main product page and a complete collection of reviews will be accesible from that same page. We will may not include feedback that we feel is incorrect such as problems arising from installation faults or delivery delays which are beyond oour control. We will not include feedback we consider negative if it is left anonomously. If you wish to leave anything other than a positive review include the email address you used to place the order so we may verify that you are a genuine customer.

Little Fields Farm do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Returns & Replacements
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Items made to order, non stock items source at your request and consumable products such as feed and light bulbs are exempt from this. Our chicken housing is all made to order.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. The customer is responible for the return carriage charges. If you would like us to arrange the return carriage this will be charged at the current Parcelforce rate as found on their website. This cost will be deducted from the refund. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Goods that are faulty will be replaced or repaired or refunded at our descrection
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
